ChairFX Chair Covers Ireland

We hope that you fall in love with your chairs again with our ChairFX designed chair covers.

Purchase in Store or Ireland and UK Delivery

We would love you to come to our shop and buy in store. We have a huge range and volume of stock in store so you can usually purchase there and then. Delivery within Ireland is normally within 2-3 working days and to the UK approximately 2-5 working days. We use DPD for delivery so your order is tracked and you will receive a text message with your delivery date and one hour delivery slot.

Returns & Refunds Policy & Conditions of Sale

We make every effort to accurately describe all colours and materials, although there can be slight variances in colour from what you see on your screen. We use real customer pictures to give you an indication of the colour in a variety of environments.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we offer the option for you to return  your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods with the following caveat:

Any items returned to us must be in the packets they were sent in, unused and in their original condition. We do not refund postage.

We do our very best to give accurate advice on what size you’d need, if you choose to send us a picture before ordering. We recommend that you send us a picture with the size of your chairs clearly marked and in CMs. In the unlikely event that the chair covers do not fit your chairs, you can return (per the above) for a refund minus postage. The guide on our website is indicative of the kind of style of chairs each size fits, but it is not definitive.

Your purchase should be with you within Ireland and the UK within approximately 2-5 working days.

BREXIT: Since the UK has left the EU on 31st December 2020, there are increased customs regulations. NI customers are not effected.  Customers in England, Scotland and Wales may experience delays in delivery due to customs processes.  In the event that your order is held by customs for inspection, delivery time can be longer, please let us know if you haven’t received your parcel and we will investigate.  We can not be held responsible for delays which are outside of our control .  Upon request we will provide proof of the date that packages have been sent from us. We will provide you with tracking information upon request.  

Deliveries to the Isle of Man will be sent standard post due to the prohibitive cost of sending by courier. If you prefer your order to be sent with a courier company, please contact us before ordering so that we can advise of the additional delivery cost.  If your order is ‘stuck in customs clearance’, that is entirely down to customs clearance processes and you will not be entitled to request  a refund for late delivery.  Due to the UK import regulations, we will not send orders of over €150 to England, Scotland, Wales and Isle of Man.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. UK CUSTOMERS: Please ensure that you inform the Post Office or Courier Company that you are returning goods in order to avoid customs charges being deducted from refunds.

If chair covers are returned that are not in the original packaging and / or have been used, no refund will be issued and an additional postal charge will be required to send them back to you. They will be held by us for up to 90 days before being destroyed as we do not sell used chair covers.

Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to check that you have received the quantity of chair covers ordered within 3  days of receipt.  In the unlikely event that there has been an error, please email us at info@chairfx.com or call us on +353 (89) 475 2027.  We’ll investigate quickly and remedy any errors that we have made.  Please note that we check the weight of package we sent to you with our courier company and we have additional checks in place to ensure we send you the correct quantity.

Do not accept a package from the delivery company if it has been damaged, ripped or otherwise.  You must refuse to sign for the package, tell the  delivery person to return it and inform us of the same.  You will not be entitled to any kind of remedial action by us, unless you do so and also inform us that the packaging was damaged and that you didn’t sign for it.  We will investigate and investigate and remedy.  This is normal practice for all companies.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you follow the ‘Care’ guidelines in our ‘Guide Section’ at www.chairfx.com/guide. These form part of the terms and conditions of sale.

A note about cream leather and upholstered chairs: Unless you are covering in a light colour such as light grey, cream, white or polyester chair covers, we recommend that you wrap the chairs in a non flammable material first before applying the chair covers to the chairs as there is a small potential for colour transference from a dark coloured velvet material to light coloured leather or upholstered chairs. Never, ever put wet chair covers on your chairs or sit on the chairs when wet. ChairFX Chair Covers accepts no responsibility for potential colour transference.

In Store Deposits and Returns Policy

We’d love to see you in our shop in Gorey, Co. Wexford.  If you visit, we offer refundable deposits (provided goods are returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging). 

We also accept deposits to hold goods for you.  28 day limit applies.
